1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seraa ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users regardless of location.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Seraa is an AI-powered wellness and emotional support platform designed to provide general guidance and a safe space for women to discuss personal concerns. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

• Seraa is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Seraa is not a substitute for licensed psychological or psychiatric services
• Seraa is not a substitute for legal or financial professional advice
• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — always verify with a qualified professional
• The Platform is intended for women aged 18 and above

3. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services immediately:

Seraa's AI is programmed to direct users to these resources in crisis situations, but this is not guaranteed. Do not rely solely on this Platform in emergency situations.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Seraa for any of the following:

• Attempting to extract harmful, illegal, or offensive content from the AI
• Impersonating another person or providing false information
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code or content
• Any activity that violates Pakistani law including PECA 2016
• Sharing content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful to others

5. Anonymity & Account

Seraa allows anonymous use — you may use any name or nickname and are not required to provide real personal information. However:

• If you choose to register with a phone number or email, that information is stored securely and encrypted
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You may delete your chat history at any time using the in-app delete function
• Deleted chats are soft-deleted — they are removed from your view immediately

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on Seraa are the intellectual property of the Platform operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Conversations generated through the AI are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce AI-generated responses for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Seraa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any harm resulting from reliance on Platform content
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and applicable consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
